Pangulong Benigno Aquino III: Wakasan na ang Pork Barrel System/PDAF

Please visit this site and sign the petition as I did.  The petition is in Filipino.  Here's my translation:
We, the ordinary citizens, are calling on Pres. Aquino to lead in the hopes and cries of the people to end the Pork Barrel System/PDAF that has become the incentive for those who took part in it and has become a spreading pestilence of corruption that results to the abject poverty of the country.
Dear President, the "pork barrel system" can be considered a "discretionary executive policy" that is why it is in your power to stop this--your own PDAF and of those of congressmen, whose main job is to pass needed laws.
It is better to allot  the allocated funds which are at your disposal and those of the lawmakers towards the priority needs of the different corners of the country in accordance with their development programs.
