Some Labs Are Waiting For You: a gruesome song riff about how Planned Parenthood's abortionists love to rip babies apart

A. PLANNED PARENTHOOD SELLING BABY BODY PARTS

A few days ago we heard the news that Planned Parenthood, the largest private abortion mill in the world which funded Likhaan and other groups for the promotion of contraception and abortion in the Philippines (see Filipinos for Life), have been selling body parts of babies butchered after abortion. Here is the transcript of the recorded undercover video showing the Planned Parenthood's officer describing how they harvest organs of babies (see LiveActionNews.org):
“I’d say a lot of people want liver. And for that reason, most providers will do this case under ultrasound guidance, so they’ll know where they’re putting their forceps. “The kind of rate-limiting step of the procedure is calvarium. Calvarium—the head—is basically the biggest part. … “We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact. And with the calvarium, in general, some people will actually try to change the presentation so that it’s not vertex. …
Where do these broken baby parts go when they find their way home? In research labs.  Planned Parenthood may not officially sell babies' body parts, but they can always hide these under the cover of transportation and delivery fees.  Here's Planned Parenthood's spin on this by its Vice President for Communications Eric Ferrero:
At several of our health centers, we help patients who want to donate tissue for scientific research, and we do this just like every other high-quality health care provider does — with full, appropriate consent from patients and under the highest ethical and legal standards. There is no financial benefit for tissue donation for either the patient or for Planned Parenthood. In some instances, actual costs, such as the cost to transport tissue to leading research centers, are reimbursed, which is standard across the medical field.
Surely a company like Planned Parenthood won't do these deliveries just to break even.  A good business must earn profits to protect itself from bad times, i.e. when the financial balance sheets' bottom lines are bloody red.

B. THESE TIMES TRY MEN'S SOULS

These times try men's souls, as Thomas Paine once said. Sadly, our consciences were already numbed after decades of contraception and abortion propaganda under the umbrella of women's right to choose. At first, we are fed with the lie of contraception: we can separate the unitive and procreative aspects of intercourse, so that sexual pleasure is separable from the pain of pregnancy. Next we are fed with the lie of abortion: we can separate the baby from his mother's womb, because the baby is part of the woman's body and the woman, therefore, can do anything with her body, e.g. surgically removing them like cancerous tissue and disposing them.  And now, we are fed with the lie of inhumanity of the unborn: since fetal tissue from abortion is already considered as garbage for disposal, then why not earn money from garbage by giving it to scientific research labs, so that they can harvest the fetal stem cells to find a cure for cancer or make man live forever?

The US has eradicated black slavery before. But now we have a new form of slavery: the slavery of the unborn. The unborn are treated as second-class citizens whose main reason to live is to die, so that they can make others live better and enjoy life.  The Matrix dystopia is not in the future but now at hand, when cold-blooded scientists work like machines to harvest humans fetal tissue. It is time to take the red pill and recognize that science was made for man and not man for science. And Christ, the Son of Man, is Lord even of Science (c.f. Lk 6:5)

Below is a Monk's Hobbit's riff of the song, Someone's Waiting For You. The persona of the poem is an abortionist talking to the little one, the baby in the womb. As good doctors normally do, the abortionist describes the whole surgical process, so that the baby can keep still knowing that he is in good hands and that his offering of himself is for the salvation of many from diverse afflictions. Of course, the baby can't talk, but can only scream in silence:

C. SONG: SOME LABS ARE WAITING FOR YOU

(Based on a song Someone's Waiting For You written by Stephen Sondheim and sung by Lea Salonga. A riff by Monk's Hobbit)

Be brave, little one
Make a wish for each sad little tear
Hold your head up--the scalpel is near
Some labs are waiting for you

Don't cry, little one.
There'll be a stump where an arm used to be
It will be part of the love that they'll see
Some labs are waiting for you

We shall get a little profit for our pockets
When your limbs shall see the light
Soon, there'll be joy and happiness
And our little world will be bright

Your heart, little one--
Someone's hopes and wishes will come true
You must try to be still, little one
Some labs are waiting to have you

We shall get some little profit for our pockets
When your cells shall make things right
Soon, there'll be joy and happiness
When the whole human race never dies.

Your brains, little one--
Someone's hopes and wishes will come true
You must try to be still, little one
Some labs are waiting to have you

Moral panics, folk devils, and LGBT: a reply to Dr. Jayeel Cornelio of Rappler

Dr. Jayeel Cornelio, a sociologist of religion at Ateneo de Manila University, has written a Rappler article entitled, The LGBT as Moral Panic. It's an interesting piece, since it uses sociology jargon such as "moral panic" and "moral entrepreneurs"--phrases that I haven't heard before:
According to Stanley Cohen, author of a sociological study about youth culture and media called Folk Devils and Moral Panics (1972),[7] a moral panic occurs when "...[a] condition, episode, person or group of persons emerges to become defined as a threat to societal values and interests".[8] Those who start the panic when they fear a threat to prevailing social or cultural values are known by researchers as moral entrepreneurs, while people who supposedly threaten the social order have been described as 'folk devils'. (Wikipdia: Moral Panic)
Let's read Cornelio's piece carefully to peer through his jargon and understand what he really wants to say. For now, let's just focus on his first few paragraphs, which I shall condense into one:
How sad that while many in the US were celebrating the legal acceptance of same-sex marriage, many of us in the Philippines were furious. But I thought it was strange for a variety of reasons. For one, the Philippines is thousands of miles away from Uncle Sam. If people here were to be angry about anything, I would have thought it would be corruption, underemployment, or the lamentable quality of urban life, issues so close, urgent, and inherent to our national story. Second, it was strange because it seemed that all of a sudden, people started reading the Scriptures, even quoting verses from Leviticus to Corinthians. For many of these people, rainbow photos had to be exorcised. Third, it was strange because if there was anyone who needed to defend themselves, it was the LGBT community, so small and so vulnerable. (Cornelio, The LGBT as Moral Panic)
If time permits, we'll discuss his other points in another blog post.

A. THE STRANGE CASE OF A DOG THAT BARKED AT NIGHT
How sad that while many in the US were celebrating the legal acceptance of same-sex marriage, many of us in the Philippines were furious. But I thought it was strange for a variety of reasons. (Cornelio, The LGBT as Moral Panic)
1. Underdog Asks for Sympathy

The first sentence makes it clear that Cornelio is for same-sex marriage and he is celebrating the legal acceptance of such marriage in the US.  He uses the word "sad" to serve as a foil for "celebrating".  Because of these two opposites, the reader will ask, "Why?" And Cornelio promptly answers: "many of us in the Philippines were furious." This technique is an appeal to emotions: the author wishes to elicit sympathy from the reader.

The appeal to sympathy is one technique used by Saruman when he was cornered at Orthanc after his Orcs were destroyed at Helm's Deep and Isengard was flooded by the Ents.  The waters quenched the multicolored fumes that once "steamed from the vents, lit from beneath with red light, or blue or venoumous green" (The Road to Isengard, Lord of the Rings, p. 554-555). And Saruman said:
'Well?' it said now with gentle question. 'Why must you disturb my rest? Will you give me no peace at all by night or day?' Its tone was that of a kindly heart aggrieved by injuries underserved.
Yes, that's right. Cornelio, as a representative of the LGBT, wishes to portray himself as "a kindly heart aggrieved by injuries undeserved."

2. Strange, Unnatural, and Shitty

The second sentence is the thesis statement.  He says is that it is strange that many of us in Philippines would be furious about the legal acceptance of same-sex marriage. The word "strange" tries to reframe this fury as unnatural, when in fact it is the oxymoron "same-sex marriage" which is truly strange and unnatural. If Cornelio reviews his Biology and reads about the Reproductive system of the human body, he would understand the complementarity of the male and female sexual organs: they fit. During intercourse, the man and the woman becomes physically united like a plug to a socket. The union is so electrifying that the couple becomes stuck to each other in pleasure, with the female sexual organ lubricating the male piston for a more powerful sexual engine, whose main purpose is the accelerated spurt of the semen or the male seed.  The semen contains the millions of sperms, each one racing to get to the female egg like suitors traversing valleys and mountains to see the face of the lady, hoping to win her love, and be united to her in marriage.  From the union of the sperm and the egg, a new human being is formed with half of its DNA from the man and other half from the woman, i.e. the child is the a incarnation of the marriage of the man and woman into one body.

Was the male sexual organ designed for the mouth for oral intercourse? No. The mouth is part of the digestive system, while the male sexual organ is part of the reproductive system.  The male sexual organ is not designed to be a lollipop for the mouth to eat. The two organs don't match; otherwise, the teeth will bite off the meat and chew it, as what happens in one film where the female sexual organ got teeth. Was the male sexual organ designed for the anus? No. The anus is part of the digestive system, while the male sexual organ is part of the reproductive system. As Christ said:
Are even you still without understanding? 17 Do you not realize that everything that enters the mouth passes into the stomach and is expelled into the latrine? (Mt 15:16-17)
A latrine is where you dump your shit, e.g. a hole in the ground. And your shit leaves your body through your anus.  While the female sexual organ gives pleasure in receiving the male sexual organ, the anus gives pleasure in expelling shit. Is the male sexual organ a piece of shit? No. Only dickheads will think that male-to-male intercourse is not strange, unnatural, and shitty.

B. STRANGE REASONING OF DR. STRANGE

Let's now turn to the three reasons why Cornelio claims that the fury of majority of Filipinos against same-sex marriage is strange:

1.  So Close and Yet So Far
For one, the Philippines is thousands of miles away from Uncle Sam. If people here were to be angry about anything, I would have thought it would be corruption, underemployment, or the lamentable quality of urban life, issues so close, urgent, and inherent to our national story. (Cornelio, The LGBT as Moral Panic)
The Philippines may be thousands of miles away from Uncle Sam, but so is Japan. And US thought that the Japanese would be crazy if they bomb US by plane, for even Pearl Harbor in Hawaii is a one-way trip for Japanese Zero fighters on full-tank. But the Pearl Harbor was bombed anyway by Japanese Kamikaze squadrons. Washington may be 8,500 miles away from Manila, but it is just 18 hours of travel by plane. And the news from Washington reaches us even faster: as soon as US news writers and bloggers click the publish button, Filipinos learn the latest news from the US in social media faster than newspapers can deliver them at their doors, from the championship of Golden State Warriors in NBA to Kim Kardashian's wardrobe fails. The Philippine's government-funded contraception under RH Law was inspired by Obamacare, while the Philippine K-12 program was patterned after the US Common Core. So should we not worry that the SCOTUS gay marriage ruling would reach Philippine shores? Just 5 days ago, the Philippine Supreme Court already tasked the Civil Registrar General to comment on the petition of a homosexual to scrap the provisions of the Philippine Family Code that limits marriage to a man and a woman, so that homosexuals can also marry, just like in the US. That was fast, isn't it? The sooner the Philippine Supreme Court dismisses the petition, the better.

Well, we can be angry about corruption, underemployment, or the lamentable quality of urban life.  These abstract issues may be close, urgent, and inherent to our national story. But nothing is as close as a man's sexual organ embedded on another man's anus clothed with nothing but a condom.  Nothing is as urgent as homosexual sexual craving which must be satisfied now. Nothing is as inherent to our national story than digital newspapers like Rappler writing the following headlines: "New HIV cases in PH hit an all time high--DOH." So we read:
Most of the cases (586 out of 646) were infected through sexual contact. About 84% of the 586 cases are males who have sex with males (MSM).
And the UN will say that to address this problem is to provide more condoms instead of the obvious solution, which is the promotion of chastity among male homosexuals, as proposed by the Catechism:
2359 Homosexual persons are called to chastity. By the virtues of self-mastery that teach them inner freedom, at times by the support of disinterested friendship, by prayer and sacramental grace, they can and should gradually and resolutely approach Christian perfection.
And chastity is what Courage Philippines promotes: "Courage is an apostolate of the Roman Catholic Church that provides spiritual support for men and women with same-sex attractions who desire to develop lives of interior chastity in union with Christ."

Now we hear about SCOTUS gay marriage ruling, enshrining gay sex on par with that of husband and wife. The US, the bulwark of Western Civilization, has crumbled not before nuclear missiles of Communist Russia but before the rainbow flag of the Homosexual Agenda. It is just a matter of time before this strange, unnatural, and shitty ideas from dickheads enter Philippine Congress as bills, approved by the President as law, and the Supreme Court Justices saying their ayes to the law's constitutionality.

2. Meditation on the Two Standards: LGBT rainbow and Vatican Flag
Second, it was strange because it seemed that all of a sudden, people started reading the Scriptures, even quoting verses from Leviticus to Corinthians. For many of these people, rainbow photos had to be exorcised. (Cornelio, The LGBT as Moral Panic)
The Filipino people has been in lethargy after receiving decades of LGBT doses from Liberal Media, portraying how the homosexuals are victims of discrimination and how their feelings need to be assuaged. The LGBT agenda has infiltrated Catholic Universities like Ateneo de Manila University, De La Salle University, and University of San Carlos.  In Ateneo de Manila University, for example, the school's official student newspaper, Guidon, never fails to publish articles that further the LGBT propaganda. Here's a sample:

We can list more and more articles, but Google may think of the Monk's Hobbit blog as a link farm and shut it down.

But perhaps, there is something about the SCOTUS gay marriage ruling that struck the Filipino heart like the electrical shock from a defibrillator or the Thor's lightning bolt hitting Iron Man's pacemaker: the ruling awakened the Filipino's Catholic moral sense, so that "all of a sudden, people started reading the Scriptures, even quoting verses from Leviticus to Corinthians":

  • If a man lies with a male as with a woman,k they have committed an abomination; the two of them shall be put to death; their bloodguilt is upon them. (Lv 20:13)
  • Do you not know that the unjust will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators nor idolaters nor adulterers nor boy prostitutes* nor sodomitesc10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor robbers will inherit the kingdom of God. (1 Cor 6:9-10)

When Facebook created an app that overlays your profile picture with a rainbow in support of the SCOTUS rulling, suddenly you see your Facebook News Feed flooded with rainbow, changing colors like Saruman's robes. As Gandalf narrated in the Council of Elrond:
I looked then and saw that his robes, which had seemed white, were not so, but were woven of all colours, and if he moved they shimmered and changed hue so that the eye was bewildered.
"I like white better," I said.
"White!" he sneered. "It serves as a beginning. White cloth may be dyed. The white page can be overwritten; and the white light can be broken."
"In which case it is no longer white," said I. "And he that breaks a thing to find out what it is has left the path of wisdom." (The Council of Elrond, Lord of the Rings, p. 259)
In response, other Facebook users also draped their profile pictures with the white and yellow colors of the Vatican flag.  It is now a battle of two standards: the rainbow standard of the LGBT and the standard of the Vicar of Christ, the Pope. The armies are now arrayed in battle.  Staying in the middle ground is now impossible. Friends, lovers, and family members are now camped on both sides. As Christ said:
Do not think that I have come to bring peace upon the earth. I have come to bring not peace but the sword. 35 For I have come to set a man ‘against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; 36
and one’s enemies will be those of his household.’(Mt 10:34-36)
So where do we go to? Let us follow what Peter said to Christ, when his disciples left him because of his difficult teaching: "Master, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life" (Jn 6:68-69). That is why, St. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Jesuits, proposed the Meditation on the Two Standards to prepare us for the spiritual warfare:
The First Prelude is the narrative. It will be here how Christ calls and wants all under His standard; and Lucifer, on the contrary, under his...The second, a composition, seeing the place. It will be here to see a great field of all that region of Jerusalem, where the supreme Commander-in-chief of the good is Christ our Lord; another field in the region of Babylon, where the chief of the enemy is Lucifer....The third, to ask for what I want: and it will be here to ask for knowledge of the deceits of the bad chief and help to guard myself against them, and for knowledge of the true life which the supreme and true Captain shows and grace to imitate Him.
The first Point is to imagine as if the chief of all the enemy seated himself in that great field of Babylon, as in a great11 chair of fire and smoke, in shape horrible and terrifying...The second, to consider how he issues a summons to innumerable demons and how he scatters them, some to one city and others to another, and so through all the world, not omitting any provinces, places, states, nor any persons in particular....The third, to consider the discourse which he makes them, and how he tells them to cast out nets and chains; that they have first to tempt with a longing for riches—as he is accustomed to do in most cases12—that men may more easily come to vain honor of the world, and then to vast pride. So that the first step shall be that of riches; the second, that of honor; the third, that of pride; and from these three steps he draws on to all the other vices.
So, on the contrary, one has to imagine as to the supreme and true Captain, Who is Christ our Lord. The first Point is to consider how Christ our Lord puts Himself in a great field of that region of Jerusalem, in lowly place, beautiful and attractive.,,,The second, to consider how the Lord of all the world chooses so many persons—Apostles, Disciples, etc.,—and sends them through all the world spreading His sacred doctrine through all states and conditions of persons....The third, to consider the discourse which Christ our Lord makes to all His servants and friends whom He sends on this expedition, recommending them to want to help all, by bringing them first to the highest spiritual poverty, and—if His Divine Majesty would be served and would want to choose them—no less to actual poverty; the second is to be of contumely and contempt; because from these two things humility follows. So that there are to be three steps; the first, poverty against riches; the second, contumely or contempt against worldly honor; the third, humility against pride. And from these three steps let them induce to all the other virtues.
3. LGBT Agenda: Speak Softly, But Carry a Big Stick
Third, it was strange because if there was anyone who needed to defend themselves, it was the LGBT community, so small and so vulnerable. (Cornelio, The LGBT as Moral Panic)
Here we go again.  The underdog's appeal for sympathy, which ties back to his first sentence: "How sad that while many in the US were celebrating the legal acceptance of same-sex marriage, many of us in the Philippines were furious." In Creative Writing, this repetition of similar thought is for the literary effect of emphasis. But it is possible to use grief as a mask to hide one's intentions, as the conversation of Gandalf told Denethor after Pippin told the tale of the death of Boromir:
'Folly?' said Gandalf. 'Nay, my lord, when you are a dotard you will die.  You can use even your grief as a cloak. Do you think that I do not understand your purpose in questioning for an hour one who knows the least, while I sit by?'
'If you understand it, then be content,' returned Denethor. (Minas Tirith, Lord of the Rings, p. 758)
The LGBT propagandists like Cornelio may speak softly, but they carry a big stick.  And if they do speak loud, they carry even a bigger stick. Like Sam in Bugs Bunny Cartoon, they would say that they love babies and they are wild about children, that's why they want same-sex marriage, so that they can adopt children to make a happy and gay family: Those who disagrees with their ideas they label as bigots. Those who won't bake their same-sex marriage cakes, they sue in court:
“Being denied service by Masterpiece Cakeshop was offensive and dehumanizing especially in the midst of arranging what should be a joyful family celebration,” said Mullins. “No one should fear being turned away from a public business because of who they are. We are grateful to have the support of our community and our state, and we hope that today’s decision will help ensure that no one else will experience this kind of discrimination again in Colorado.”
The US Military has a DADT (Don't Ask, Don't Tell) policy for protecting LGBT in military service:
"Don't ask, don't tell" (DADT) was the official United States policy on service by gays and lesbians in the military instituted by the Clinton Administration on February 28, 1994, when Department of Defense Directive 1304.26 issued on December 21, 1993, took effect,[1] lasting until September 20, 2011. The policy prohibited military personnel from discriminating against or harassing closeted homosexual or bisexual service members or applicants, while barring openly gay, lesbian, or bisexual persons from military service. This relaxation of legal restrictions on service by gays and lesbians in the armed forces was mandated by United States federal law Pub.L. 103–160 (10 U.S.C. § 654), which was signed November 30, 1993.[2] The policy prohibited people who "demonstrate a propensity or intent to engage in homosexual acts" from serving in the armed forces of the United States, because their presence "would create an unacceptable risk to the high standards of morale, good order and discipline, and unit cohesion that are the essence of military capability".[3]
Meanwhile, the Anglican Communion has been rocked by the LGBT agenda:
Since the 1990s, the Anglican Communion has struggled with controversy regarding homosexuality in the church. In 1998, the 13th Lambeth Conference of Anglican bishops passed a resolution stating that homosexual acts are "incompatible with Scripture". In 2002, the Diocese of New Westminster, in the Anglican Church of Canada, permitted the blessing of same-sex unions. In 2003, two openly gay men in England and the United States became candidates for bishop. In the Church of England, Jeffrey John eventually succumbed to pressure to withdraw his name from consideration to be the Bishop of Reading. In the Episcopal Church in the United States, Gene Robinson was elected and consecrated Bishop of New Hampshire, becoming the first openly gay bishop in the Anglican Communion. This was highly controversial and led several hundred bishops to boycott the 2008 Lambeth Conference. As an alternative to Lambeth, many of these bishops attended the Global Anglican Futures Conference in Jerusalem.[1]

C. CONCLUSIONS

Cornelio explains his reasons why he was sad that despite the celebration of many in the US on the gay marriage ruling, many in the Philippines are furious with the decision.  He thinks this is strange for several reasons. First, he thinks US is so far away and we should be talking about more important things closer to home. Second, he was surprised that many people suddenly started quoting Scriptural verses against the LGBT agenda. And third, he reminded us that the LGBT are just a small and vulnerable part of society which needs our care and affection.

But Cornelio's claims are half-truths laced with an appeal for sympathy for the plight of the LGBT. He tried to reframe the Philippine's reaction as strange when in fact it is the oxymoron of "same-sex marriage" which is strange, unnatural, and shitty, as symbolized by a dickhead stuck in another man's shitty anus:
  • First, the US may be geographically far from the Philippines, but its political ideas are shipped to the Philippines in different guises, such as the Common Core for DepEd's K-12 and the Obamacare for DOH's RH Law. And in the Philippine Supreme Court, a Filipino homosexual already got emboldened by the victory of same-sex marriage in the US that he challenged the validity of the Family Code's definition of the marriage as that of one man and one woman.
  • Second, the LGBT propaganda machine has already desensitized Filipinos through the media, shoving LGBT lifestyle down our throats even if we cannot stomach them. The Filipinos were complacent and hardly fought back. But the SCOTUS ruling, contrary to what Cornelio expected, sent an electrical shock to Filipino's heart and awakened the Catholic moral sense of our nation: sodomy can never be right in the eyes of God and men, even if it is made legal by most powerful nation on earth.
  • And third, despite smallness of the LGBT community in the population of the state, the LGBT's political clout has forced bakeries to shut down, prevented the US military from excising them out of the troops, and broke the back of the Anglican Communion.

The LGBT agenda already has a grapple hold on the corpus of the nation, like the tentacles of Dr. Octopus, each with a mind of its own, which can turn against the natural body of the brilliant doctor and control his brain for its evil purposes, as the story in Spiderman shows us. But we humans were created by God with free will to do good and avoid evil.  We can still repent of our actions, remove the shackles of LGBT from our minds, and do penance for our sins of omission and commission. As Dr. Otto Octavius cried out when he breathed his last:
I will not die a monster.
And so should we.
